San Jose Sharks

For tags i was thinking:

-Let it out. (fans will definitely show their team spirit)
This campaign would actually show emotions of fans whether it be crying, screaming, or cheering.

-Fans Unite. (pretty close to the first idea, but this would be based upon bringing fans together)

-Light it up. (the sharks were recently really big into donating and being involved personally in environmentally friendly lightbulbs). For a billboard i was thinking the sharks logo but with a lightbulb in the sharks mouth instead of a hockey stick.

-We're Back. (not only are the sharks back, but the fans are too. It could be based on fans coming back to the season from their every day lives. I see a business man with his suit, tie, and briefcase, with something out of the ordinary possibly a blacked out tooth, or something more noticeable like facepaint. This could work for a few diverse careers or pastimes.)

Clearly I haven't defined integrated medias yet, but thats the next step for me if some of these sound interesting. Please let me know what you think.

  1. Work on the first and last one. Your last one is your strongest. This could be a very funny campaign. Just make sure your lines are delivered properly in the tone and humor/cleverness. Concentrate on this.

Just make sure your visual is the right looking fan. Look up forums for pictures what a typical fan looks like. The one you mentioned about the businessman has a nice juxtaposition. What you want to say to your audience is, "can you identify a shark(fan)?"

Good luck. Post more comps for feedback.
