Hellooo. Here are a few updates from the micro-site. Don't mind the copy, it was my poor attempt, I am going to let Lori shine with that one ;). As for the micro-site, this is just the beginning of this new look and feel.. As well as the type treatment for the cubeandi.com

i'm liking the top left. Just make sure the word CUBE stands out more. Also fix your kerning at the bottom. It's too wide. Have you tried changing the opacity at the bottom. Wait i just had a cool idea.
ReplyDeleteSo on the top left, make you "I" lower case and make it grey or something. so that it will not read "andi". Match the dot on the lowercase i and the "." on the ".com" so that it feels more balanced. You will end up with 2 dots, one grey and one black. Try it. it might solve your problem.
the look and feel of the micro site is gettng there. add more elements and make your post it larger.
The only problem with the bottom is that I was trying to make it fit the grid and fit with "cube" so it actually is a cube (haha, get it, cube), that's why the kerning is so wonky.
