It's still missing something. I don't know what. But try this. On the first set of options, combine #2 and #3. Keep the font as in #2 and treat 'the' like #3, but not too small. The negative space feels like it needs something. It feels like the whole treatment is floating and it needs something to ground it with. See what it looks like with silhouettes of the park or something. Try different approaches.
