The first one is banner showing a water ride in Six Flags. As soon as the roller coaster hit the water, it splashes out and cover the whole monitor screen.
The second one is where the entire website move along with the rollercoaster ride. Where when it spin, the whole website spin along with it.
Water slide idea is better. You might want to try it on a skyscraper web banner instead of a full banner. Make sure your integration design elements tie in on all of your executions.
