I agree the puck on the bart ticket is just there, maybe try to make the orange gates look like a net so when you get the ticket with the puck the gate "net" moves to show the puck went through. Making GOAL more rewarding.

1. Place the pucks in random places on the escalator. Don't make it into one straight line.
2. Where is the goal net on both of them? It doesn't make sense without it.
3. Your perspective on your copy is off. Use correct perspective.
4. Put a CTA even if it's just the site.
