Here is my finalized logo. Had some issues with kerning because the bigger the "cube" was, the more I had to kern the elements underneath it. I hope it's okay.. I wish it were a little tighter, but then I would have to change the weight of "cube" and I would run into the same problem again. I figured this is the best

sneakpeak:

still debating between using cubeandi.com in handwritten form versus the logo.. but I think since we've worked on the logo a lot and it is visually appealing, people will remember it more. And it is the only "digital" element of all the guerrilla elements, while everything else is personal and handwritten.
increase kerning on u and b and you are all set. I'm picking the top version.
ReplyDeleteThe samples of the hand writings are okay. Look at it with both the treatment lockup and the handwritten version. See what works. You decide which one will look nice. Don't be discourage if some of your ideas gets trashed/scrapped. It's a normal process in the real world.
Good luck.
I like the way you made the copy look, its written clean enough to read, but its messy enough to show that the ad isnt so serious. great with target connection. And with the computer version its look clean and I really like that you worked with the direction of the words. Are you trying to test which one is working more? or is it just the logo, because if can you can find a way to merge the two within a campaign, I can see it looking really good.
