Hello, I have started working on my comps. This is very rough comp of the idea i had of the "ultimate fan." I felt that this was the strongest and as per the feedback i got last week this seemed interesting i just needed to nail the copy. So, in this case with fans having their teeth knocked out there is a magical "Hockey Fairy" that comes to take your teeth and make all your hockey dreams come true. This would be a bus stop ad placed in San Jose. Tagline reads, "100% fan, 100% hockey." Still needs lot of Photoshop love.
I like the line. Clever and it's what all sharks fan would want to hear.
ReplyDeleteThe visual is okay. I say this because it's a portrait shot. Is there any other way you can have your model pose? It's in the boring side.
You have the idea nailed already. The execution is not arresting. What do fans do at an actual game. What do they do? There are plenty of whacky things they do.
I know this is only a comp, but if you turn this in it feels like freshmen level work. I know you have other things to offer. You can do better than this.

Ok, i was trying to go for more of the Atoids ads but i see it may not be coming out that way. So, i have been to quite a few games so i think i can come up with different poses its just how can i make that more interesting is the challenge i have. I will think of more ideas and if possible post them later today. Thanks for the feedback.
ReplyDeleteHere's one thing to keep in mind while executing it. KEEP IT CLEAN. There's a potential on this one. You just have to find that look and feel.
