Our idea was to have paper towels in a bathroom with copy on them for "washing away the guilt" idea.
Lines for copy on paper-towel for Dexter:
-Remember things never go away forever.
-If only washing away something was that easy.
-You can’t hide the truth.
-Washing away the guilt never works.
-The truth will never leave you.
-Dexter knows the truth about you, you can’t wash it away.
-Washing away the evidence? Dexter knows the truth.
-Wash what others can’t see but Dexter does.
-Washing away the truth will come back to haunt you.
-No matter how many times you wash your hands the truth is always there.
-Keep washing, your dirty lies will never go away.
-Your life is full of dirty lies, washing won’t help.
-Take a look at the scum that you really are.
-All the scums in the world and Dexter chose you.
-All that filth will never leave you.
-How nasty can one hands get? Dexter knows.
-You can wash away the filth but it will resurface.
-How cute, you tried to wash away the truth.
-And you thought washing your hands would make it all better.
-Amusing, the filth on your hands is still visible, to Dexter at least.
-Your mom taught you better than to wash away the lies.
-Washing the truth only makes things worse.
I'd keep it simple. I'll have Megan look at this. But for me, the simpler and quicker reads better.
ReplyDeleteFor example, "You can’t hide the truth."
i like the lines that talk about how the lies will never go away. i
ReplyDeletewant the copy to more guilt on the viewer...making them curious whats
going on and all they see is a dexter logo with a tagline...the copy
needs to draw them in and for them to look deeper...so stay with lines
that keep resurfacing inner guilt or paranoa
